Shipping Policy for Devine Finds Boutique

At Devine Finds Boutique, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shipping experience for your valuable purchases. We understand that you are excited to receive your new luxury item, and we take the utmost care in ensuring it arrives safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and expectations.

Effective Date: June 7, 2025

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, such as holidays and sales events. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

a. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

b. Signature Requirement & Insurance:

Due to the high value of our products, all orders require a direct signature upon delivery. This is a necessary security measure to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. Additionally, all shipments are fully insured for their purchase price to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

c. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

d. Packaging:

Your purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transit. We use sturdy, high-quality boxes and appropriate packing materials. For your security, our exterior packaging is discreet and does not indicate the high value of its contents.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our services in the future.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the signature requirement for our deliveries. A physical street address is required for all orders.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

a. Upon Delivery:

Before signing for the package, please inspect the exterior for any signs of tampering or significant damage. If you notice any issues, please note them with the delivery driver and contact us immediately at shipping@devinefindsboutique.com.

b. After Delivery:

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us with the insurance claim, you must:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item.

  2. Take clear photos of the original shipping box and all packaging materials.

  3. Keep the box and all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect them.

c. Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management first. If the package is still not found, please contact us immediately.

 

Devine Finds Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you with the carrier's investigation and insurance claim process. It is the customer's responsibility to file a police report for any stolen packages, which may be required by the shipping carrier for the insurance claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Devine Finds Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
